Scheduling Questions

Vehicle maintenance is quick and easy with Oily. We will need access to your vehicle for the duration of the appointment. Service typically takes less than 45 minutes.

Give us a call or text at 214-509-7072 or reach out to us on Facebook messenger, to schedule service or cancel an appointment. Please note that we require 12-hour notice for cancellations. If you cancel within the 12 hours of your scheduled appointment a $15 cancellation fee will apply. 

Payment Questions

A credit card is required to hold your reservation, we accept all major credit cards. If you would like to pay with a different method you will need to contact our helpdesk at 214-509-7072.  Tips are appreciated but not required.  

A $15 dollar deposit is required to book service. This fee will be refunded if you need to cancel your appointment (see cancellation policy for details). The remainder of your invoice will be charged after the technician has completed the service. You will receive an invoice and email confirmation after the services have been completed. 

While we strive to keep costs low, sometimes vehicles require specialty parts or service. A sales specialist will contact you with payment details.

For simplicity, we bundle all our fees together at one low price.  If you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment time we will assess a 15 dollar cancellation fee which is taken as a deposit during checkout.

General Questions

Oily needs to be able to access the front of the vehicle and under the hood. We also need access inside the car and keys in order to start the car after service and reset the oil light. We will disinfect and wipe down any working areas  

For contactless service, Oily will need you to leave your keys in your car unlocked, with the driver window partially open. This can be done anytime prior to our technician arriving onsite. The technician may need to move your vehicle if the ground is uneven or they cannot service the vehicle in its current location. Once the service is complete the technician will disinfect all working areas and then text or call to finish the service. 

For standard service, the technician will contact you when they arrive on-site in order to get the keys. 

If you have any special requirements our technician will be happy to assist once they are onsite to make sure any concerns or questions are resolved. 

All Oily vans and technicians carry full commercial insurance, including coverage for any asset that our technicians are working with. 

Oily uses a combination of under-car absorption mats and spill-proof oil collection containers.
